For your convenience, you may register online (See navigation bar).
You will be required to fill out a short form. Once this form is submitted, a payment screen will appear. When
you confirm your registration with payment, our office will send you an invoice marked Paid In Full.
If you have any questions or need help with your listing, please contact
our office via e-mail (artist-directory@sbcglobal.net) or telephone (630-369-6843) to
reserve space in the directory that you have chosen to list in.
Please understand that posted deadlines and distribution dates are
subject to change. As much as we try to remain on schedule, there is always the possibility that the deadlines and/or
distribution dates listed may be delayed due to production issues that are beyond our control. If publication
is delayed, we will extend online listings and change future publication dates so that all current participants
will have a full year of directory listing.
You may pay with Visa or Mastercard through PayPal or using a PayPal
account. Click on any Registration and Online Payment page located on our navigation bar for more details.
Ad space is limited...
Please note that placement under each category is determined on a first-come,
first-serve basis. We reserve the right to close certain categories without notice when they reach their maximum.
Listing space is not guaranteed nor is a placement given until our office receives your listing fee.
Even though the deadline for the directory that you are listing
in may not be for weeks, it is beneficial for you to confirm space by sending in your listing fee as soon as possible
as this will determine if you are first, second or third (etc.) under your chosen category.
Due to time and space constraints we cannot accept ads until your listing
fee is received. You may send in your ad with your listing fee or you may send it to us via e-mail at: artist-directory@sbcglobal.net.
In order to keep listing fees as low as possible we are unable to accept
ads until we have received your listing fee.

As a lister, you will receive one free copy of the directory that your ad
appears in. If you would like to have
additional copies for your own distribution and promotional purposes, you may order them at a cost of $3.00 per
copy.
ALL
ADDITIONAL COPIES ORDERED MUST BE PURCHASED AND PAID FOR BEFORE WE GO TO PRINT.
